Routed
The first two signs are made from various woods  and have a routed edge and have been hand painted  and has two coats of clear varnish.
The size varies as it depends on the availability of the wood, I use a computer to generate a template for the sign using various fonts and will send the draft for approval.

Please quote a rough size and I can check availability of stock .
